Options for Life

Options for Life is a registered UK charity supporting  adults with learning disabilities and/or autism in Sandwell and Staffordshire. Founded in 1988, we help over 160 people overcome their restrictions and live their lives as fully as possible, providing a range of community- based workshops and skills sessions from our community hubs.

Through a diverse range of activities we promote social inclusion, personal development, increasing choice preferences, mental and physical health, and communication and social skills. Our work is centred around our participants’ preferences and consultation with their group, The Champions.
