My voice, my language

I was struggling with pressure at home, difficult family dynamics, and the emotional toll that was taking on me. I felt overwhelmed, anxious and alone, and I needed help to manage my emotions and speak more honestly about what I was going through.

The support helped me become more vocal, more confident, and less overwhelmed by my emotions. I feel a lot better now and more able to think clearly and manage everyday life.

Most importantly, it helped me find my voice again and gave me the confidence to speak up for myself and my children.

Being able to have therapy in my first language made a huge difference, because it meant I could explain exactly how I felt.
