Becoming a better me

I had built up a lot in my mind that I needed to talk about. I wanted to understand who I was, who I wanted to be, and how I could become a better version of myself.

I was trying to accept what had happened to me, live more in the present, and stop carrying so much self-doubt and shame. The support gave me space to talk openly and helped me start thinking differently about myself.

I was given tools that helped me re-focus, re-evaluate and look at things from another angle. That has not been easy, but it has made a real difference. I feel more at ease in my mind, more able to think outside the box, and less anxious than I did before.

Next, I want to keep using the tools I have been given and continue working on becoming a better version of myself. The support has helped me put my mind at rest and look towards the future.

The support helped me in ways I did not expect and gave me a deeper understanding of what I had been through.
